At Eros & Ore, we’ve designed our ordering process to be simple, transparent, and stress free from start to finish. When you design a piece from us you’re investing in craftsmanship and a unique piece of jewelry that will you will enjoy for generations to come.
Whether you love our designs, want to change a small design or custom make your entire ring we can work with you to make your dream a reality. The best way of communication is through email.
1. Choose Your Design
Browse our collection and select the style, metal, and diamond shape that speaks to you or you can share your designs ideas with our team.
2. Approve your design
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation right away. We begin sourcing your diamond or gemstone immediately through our trusted suppliers.
3. Approved AutoCAD drawing:
our designer will render a 3d AutoCAD design of your design that will go you for final approval.
4. Crafting Your Design
Your ring is handcrafted by our experienced jewellers with precision and care. Most custom designs take 2–3 weeks depending on complexity.
5. Quality Inspection
Before your piece leaves our studio, it goes through a multi-point inspection to ensure it meets our high standards for beauty, durability, and craftsmanship.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Once perfected, your ring is securely packaged and shipped with full tracking and insurance. Expect your order to arrive safely and on time.
